The Catholic Curriculum Corporation represents a consortium of the 17 Catholic district school boards in southern and western Ontario. Our geographical area extends from Peterborough in the East, to Windsor in the West. Through a variety of partnerships, including the Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association, the Catholic Principals’ Council of Ontario, and the Catholic Association of Religious and Family Life Educators of Ontario, we provide curriculum materials and professional development to over 25,000 Catholic teachers. We are closely affiliated with the Eastern Ontario Catholic Curriculum Cooperative.

We register delegates from Catholic school boards in Ontario, including classroom teachers, religious education teachers, special education teachers, administrators, parents and parish council members.

The Catholic Curriculum Corporation will be hosting its When Faith Meets Pedagogy 2024 Conference on October 24-26, 2024, at Delta Hotels Marriott Toronto Airport & Convention Centre. This year’s theme is: Pilgrims of Hope

Sponsors

Sponsors have been secured for a number of conference items. Contributions such as these reduce our costs and allow us to keep our registration fee for delegates at a reasonable rate.

There are multiple opportunities to showcase your company through sponsorship of a variety of events such as: providing delegate bags or name tags, sponsoring a comfort break, lunch, dinner or breakfast. Please contact Ab Falconi, Executive Director, directly. We also welcome promotional items that may be placed in our delegate bags. If you are interested, please let us know and we will be glad to include your item in the delegate conference bag. Please note, we cannot insert catalogues, bookmarks, or promotional flyers in the delegate bags. These can be distributed at your tables.

Vendors

We are particularly pleased with the ongoing relationship we have developed with our vendor and sponsor partners. We understand the importance of vendors, not only in providing financial support for our conference, but also in providing a service to the educators attending the conference. We have amended our Conference Program for 2024 to allow for more blocks of time for delegates to visit with Vendors. We have also scheduled a reception in the vendor area at 4:30 p.m. Over the past years, the When Faith Meets Pedagogy Conference has steadily grown in size and stature to where it is considered to be the premier Catholic Conference in the province.

We have two very capable conference planning committee members assisting with vendors: John Murphy and Andew Kiel . Although most correspondence and registration will occur through Marie Osborne, John and Andrew will be available on-site to assist during set-up, conference period and take-down.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all registrants adjacent to the vendor display area.

A Wine & Cheese reception will be hosted in this area at 4:30 p.m.

Services

You may require additional services, such as electrical outlets or internet access at your booth. These services are available through Encore Global, the hotel’s official supplier for AV/Electrical/Internet requirements. Please contact Encore Global at diana.dimanno@encoreglobal.com

Delegate Gift Bags

If you wish to have gifts inserted in the delegate bags (such as pens, writing pads, magnets, etc.), please check the box indicated on the Vendor Registration Form. You will be provided with a Shipping Label to attach to your shipping package, which should arrive at the hotel no later than noon on October 24, 2024. This will allow staff to insert into delegate conference bags. Please note, we cannot insert catalogues, bookmarks or promotional flyers in the bags. These should be distributed at your Vendor table.
